When you request a company field file, we collect the company name, your operating role, and your work email. We also receive the information you choose to include in a direct email to us.

WHY WE USE IT

We use this information to evaluate the public record associated with the company you name, respond to your request, and communicate about that field-file inquiry. We do not sell your information.

HOW IT IS HANDLED

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and are available only to people responsible for responding to Fractal Direct inquiries. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request and related business records.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the information associated with your request. Email fieldfile@fractaldirect.com.

PUBLIC EVIDENCE

Fractal Direct analyzes public-facing material such as reviews and publicly accessible commentary. The field-file request form does not ask you to submit confidential company information.
